Measuring lift of the Email_Click_Through_Rate Adaptive Model
At my current project we are trying to enable adaptive learning for the email channel and I am trying to figure out how is best to implement Click Through Lift and how the business can see the percentage increase in clicks vs Control Group.
In the prediction studio I saw an OTTB an option in the settings of the prediction called Control Group that is used to measure lift by comparing the success rate in the target group with the control group where as customer in the control group will received an action determined by random propensity. My question is how business can report on this if I set up the percentage of the control group 10%. Does Pega record something in IH that identifies the control group or the lift in the models?
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
