How to Create New Roles in Sales Automation
By default Pega provided Sales Ops, Sales Rep and Sales Manager three roles in sales automation. We might need to define new roles with more different permission definition. How to define new roles in Pega Sales Automation in addition to default roles?

Sales Automation is shipping, both sales rep and manager roles with similar AROs but sales-Ops AROs are different. Sales rep and manager has almost all the capabilities of sales automation except managing Tools, Territories and Operator. Please review our sales rep and manager roles, these roles mostly fit for end user roles with some minor changes on AROs.
Based on your new role capabilities, we can choose existing SA OOTB roles and then clone/add role dependency to the new role and make necessary changes after cloning (either restrict or provide the access to respective class instances).
Please confirm which sales automation version you are in? We cleaned-up unnecessary AROs from V7.4 and removed access when rules from AROs as we applied ABAC.

Thanks for reply, we are using Sales Automation V7.3.1, and want to create more roles in addition to default sales rep, sales manager and sales Ops. At this moment, Pega Sales Automation functionality is not good enough for our industry, no specific edition for electronic manufacturing, we have to do lots of customization very painful.
