Pega Email Bot, Channels and interfaces
While adding the case type in Email Bot Behavior Tab, we need to provide the data propagation. Ideally all properties belonging to the case type class and its hierarchy should appear, but only a few properties show up in the list. Could you suggests how to populate all the properties , also is it possible to fetch data class properties as well.

List of properties for data propagation in Suggested cases is fetched from 'Relevant records'. You will need to mark the properties as 'relevant' for particular case type for those properties to appear in that list. More information here -
