pxCreateAndManageWorkFromEmail fails while trying to implement email approval
Hi,
In order to use email approval utility, I have followed the steps described this link: https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v722/concepts/casemanagement/cm-enabling-case-creation-approval-email-tsk.htm
I can receive approval email and send the response. Then while I am tracing the email listener, I see this error;
Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "RULE-OBJ-FLOW", pyClassName = "**-**-**-Work-**", pyFlowType = "" |
Anybody can help me with that issue ?

Thank you but actually I solved my problem. Although I can't clearly remember how I did, it might be changing service method or clearing parameters sent to pyCreateAndManageWorkFromEmail cause I don't need to create new item, just need tp update it.
