Setup email approval for a CASE

Hello,

I am trying to set-up email approval for a case. My requirements are below:

* User submits a request and it goes for email approval

* Manager gets an email and approve or reject in an email

I have tried to use the email approval on the approval, i get an email with two buttons at the bottom, but case is not proceeding even if i approve or reject the request.

Thanks Devab, i got all that working the missing piece is case is not proceeding further after email approval.

As per above link, after user approved the request, it send an email out to the set-up email account. But somehow my case is not either listening to the email or something else is missing.

this is where i am stuck, there are no errors or exceptions. I can see email is beint sent to mailbox, but my case is not moving based on the response.

Issue was with my email listener. So I logged into SMA and restarted my email listner which actually resolved the issue.
