Need to get the approved date when the approver approved the case

I have a requirement like the case is routed to multiple approvers.After approving each approver need to get the approved date in case history. So, can any one please help me how to achieve this.

Hi @SrinivasareddyD8393: PEGA by default add audit for cases when actions performed on assignments and approvals with time when it is actioned. Can you check if this helps? You can also add audit note in the connectors emerging from your flow shapes to add additional information to audit.

Alternatively you may need to use History-add in your post activity.
