Email Approval action not correctly happen
I have configured approval using email. Email comes to my email box, when I approve it, doesn't go to next satge. I trace the email listener.

Hello,
For email approvals to be processed via Email, you need an Email Listener.
On the case type, under Settings, you can create a listener from the Email Instantiation tab. The same listener will process new cases AND the email approvals for this case-type.
Just make sure you use the right email account. Kindly find the screenshot of the setting,
