Pega Outbound Email Validations – Sent or Not

Hi All,

How to classify whether emails sent from Pega are successfully or not?

No errors and exceptions in Logs.

Is there any specific property or algorithm to classify the status of the emails sent or not?

Or

To justify the delay in the sent emails from Pega

Any suggestions?

Note: As part of statistics I am logging the method status to verify whether emails had been sent successfully or not

Can you please let us what activity or function are you using the send emails?

If there are any issues with sending emails from pega to email server, then such errors will be logged in the pega rules log files itself. However, once the email is send to email server, any issues in delivering the email to the target audience will not be logged in the pega log files.
