Email Outbound - Sent Items not getting updated for sender mail

Hi team,

We are using a SMTP host other than provided by pega and sending out a mail. And Mail has been sent
from the account and received by receiver specified. but the email is not getting saved in sent mails folder of sender mail box. Is there any settings needs to be changed. Please help on this

Hi Suresh,
Issue seems to be from mail service provider.
If mail is sent and received with success then sent item would get update for mail provider.

Please check after refreshing sent items.
