We have recently upgraded our application to PRPC 731,CRM 731 ,HCIF 731 and CRMHC 731.

Could you please provide any reference PDN articles/Documents to Integrate Pega Chat with the CRM 731 Application.

Also provide some information about the differences between Pega Chat vs Pega Chat Bot.
