Using Pega Chat Bot inside of a pega application.
Hello,
My question is about if it is possible to implement a pega chat within a pega customer service application using it for internal purposes like giving support to the custormer representatives.
I have read this article:
But that is designed to be run as mashup in a normal website for external customers, instead, my requeriment is to use it within the pega application, and I need to know if we are able to accomplish that requierement.
