Web Chatbot Configuration in Pega CRM 7.3.1
In the Channel Interface landing page, we get Web Chat bot configuration ,in that under the Connection tab it asks for the Bot ID. So what should be configured in the Bot ID. Please see the screen shot and let me know.

Hi,
The BotID would be the Facebook PageID incase if you are configuring Facebook bot.

Hi Sandeep,
Webchat bot is different from the Facebook Chat bot. This webchat bot is specific to the Pega CRM 7.3.1.

Facebook chatbot integration is different from the Webchat bot. Please once check the screen shot.

Hi Chetana, it's just an identifier. You can use a descriptive name or a number. Stick with letters and number and avoid special characters.
