Passing custom data to the chatbot (NEW Digital Messaging Web Chat)
Hi
We need to pass custom data (session id and queue name) dynamically from the embeded Web page to Pega Web Chat. this will help us to Secured and Unsecured cusomter chat connections.
This was possible in the legacy webchat using the below document url. But with the new DM chat, we are unable to accomplish this. Kindly help

@Harini Pottigari Yes i found this workaround on the same day i posted this question. I was able to get the desired result with this.

@sivaramakrishnanv Can you please check if passing data as Context data would be useful for your use-case?

@sivaramakrishnanv Unfortunately pega SR couldnt help as their engineers doesnt know this workaround. Had to do research myself to know about this.
