Web messaging end chat session from Menu options
Hi,
We are using web messaging and need to end the chat session on click of one of the option selected by user , is there a way to do it inside flow ?
Also, can we call the commands such as _cmd_chat_with_agent inside flow via activity or DT ? we have specific use cases where we need to invoke these commands inside flow after showing some messages to users.

Hi @Mayurk33,
There is already a command "close interaction" that closes interaction in the Platform, however there will be session in chat widget. If you want to have it synced you need to use "End session" in chat widget that terminates chat widget session and corresponding interaction in the Platform.
You can add your commands under buttons in menu question in the flow.

Thanks , is there a command for "End Session" directly without going to three dots in chat widget ?
Also, from Question Menu we can call the commands but in certain scenario's we don't need menu but to call the command directly after a message is shown. Is there a way to do call commands from DT ?
Also, "end interaction" command is for ending interaction I guess, do we have any command to resolve the case directly or we need to call change stage only ?

There is no simple replacement of "end session" option as a command in chat widget that closes session and user interaction with bot.
Regarding command from conversation shape, there is no simple way to do it.
