How to manage chat and messaging deployment in production environment ?
Hello,
We're working on chat and messaging channel in Self Service application. Our channel is configured on our dev platform with associated instance of chat in digital connection manager.
We're now looking about documentation about deploy this channel in production environment.
Is there any best pratices and documentation about this feature becasue we didn't find anything in pega documentation which treat about this ?
