Hello @AntoineB8854, it is not possible to copy your channel messaging connections between environments, applications or channels. Each environment requires a unique set of Digital Messaging Service credentials (Manager ID and Key). Once you install a set in your prod environment, you create a Digital Messaging channel there, launch the Digital Messaging Manager, then add your connections manually.
For connections like Web Messaging or Mobile Messaging SDK, you create a new connection from your new channel Digital Messaging Manager, and configure those settings manually. Each connection will have a unique ID, and it is not possible to copy them across environments (or channels).
For other connection types including SMS and Facebook, if you wish to re-use a connection in a new environment (e.g. using a test account in dev and staging environments), you need to remove the connection from the Digital Messaging Manager of one environment before you manually add it to another. You cannot have the same connection in more than one channel.
Please let me know if this did not fully address your question?
Hi @AntoineB8854, my apologies for the late reply! For the channel config (e.g. commands, responses, topics, entities, etc), you could export the ruleset where all of those assets are built and move it to a new system. The following have more info on that process and general environment application deployment that might be helpful:
