D_OnlineHelpConfig. Required error message while configuring Pega Web Chatbot in portal
Hi Team
we have a requirement where we need to provide a web chatbot feature to the end users of an existing application. For this we have created a new selfservice application and followed all the steps provided in the below link
After all the required configuration changes , when we embedded the mashup code into the end users portal and tried to execute the pega mashup code ,below error appeared
Errors:
HelpConfiguration: Unable to load data page D_OnlineHelpConfig. Required parameters : HelpConfigName. cannot be blank A processing error has occurred Object key Unable to load data page D_OnlineHelpConfig. Required parameters : HelpConfigName. cannot be blank Stack Trace
If anyone has faced such issue in past , please provide your input .

Looks like one of the mashup params is missing in the generated code
please add like below in pegaHelper.js or PegaHelperExtension. js file where all mashup params are defined . ( typically in function function preparePegaAParams )
pegaAParamObj.HelpConfigurationName = "Your Web Chat";
