Chatbot- multiple queues configuration while switch live chat
Hi All, Current chotbot(07.31 ) queue mechanism associated to single queue when switching to Pega live chat.Is anyone implemented multiple queue mechanism or queue selection in chatbot(07.31 ) while switching live chat?

Hello, the only way to do multi queue selection is to basically not specify any queue at all. If the queue is blank, the chat server will present the queue dropdown to select the queue. The Bot config may not allow for a blank queue, but you can make this change in the downloaded JS file directly.
Look at the startchat function in the downloaded JS file. You will see something like this ..
var queuename = message.queue;
delete message.queue;
message.queue = queuename;
var param = JSON.stringify(message);
Just remove the line that says "message.queue = queuename;". I think this should force the server to ask the user to select a queue.
