I have seen some other RPA tool's product help websites(like PEGA Community).

Could you be available for us also?

Thant would be great to us to get quick response and to do development.

Hello,

At the moment there is no plan to adding a live chat feature for the Pega Robotics product. For how-to questions and general solution design oriented guidance, asking questions on the PDN is generally the simplest way to receive guidance. A wealth of knowledge is already available on the PDN at your convenience. If you need extended levels of guidance or need an expert to consult with you regarding your Pega Robotic Automations please contact your account executive and have them get you in contact with our services team.
