Taxonomy error in web chatbot
We have a web chatbot channel configured where we are using Pega NLP generated Text Analyzer.
The channel was working fine until following error occurred.
- An exception occurred while reading/updating the taxonomy - No taxonomy source found
There have been no changes made in auto-generated text analyzer for this channel. However the decision data for it was corrupted somehow and now there is no taxonomy present inside it.
- Also we are not able to add any new response command and even modify the existing commands.
- When I go to Behavior>Text Analyzer>Pega NLP generated option, it is now showing me nothing.
