IVA for Web Chatbot - simple form control
As per below link, post 8.3 upgrade Pega has a capability to add a simple form to collect the information using a form based control in web chatbot channel. But we don't see any smart shape or control to support this. Anyone used this feature in 8.3?

We believe adding an assignment and referencing a flow action would solve the purpose. However in 8.3.1 we are not able to get the form feature.
pzSubmitArea was referencing a section pyActionsBar which has rules to render form feature. However that section is removed in V8.3.1. If we private edit and add pyactionsBar , we are able to see the forms feature in preview console. Is that a defect or should we perform any additional configuration change?

Hi, I tried to configure the simple form to be shown within the chat window during webchatbot interaction: by the way, i can't see the button "Fill out form".
So
1) Configure Webchatbot process
2) Add Collect Information Shape
3) Run the interaction
Outcome: only the assignment label appears.
Is there something else i have to configure in order to see the "Fill out form" button?

Hi, i have an update from my side.
I have noticed that the "fill out form" button does not appear within the chat channel of the Self Service Application.
Instead, it appears when we test and use the chat channel of the base CS application.
Do you know how to solve this?

Have you installed Hotfix 60673? There's a also a when rule to enable the feature, so make sure you follow the Readme. It's due to an override of a section in the Self-Service application. This hotfix updates that section.
