Authentication inside web chat bot

Hi,

The requirement is to Authenticate a user inside a web chat bot

In PEGA Web chat configuration, there is a default Response command "Authenticate" but it is for Basic PEGA Authentication.We want to do a external authentication but could not find any extension points.

Please suggest and le me know for any further questions

Hi ,

 

are you able to create Pega basic authentication in web chatbot.? If yes, Could you please provide me the steps.

 

Im getting errror for basic also. PFA for the same
