Authentication require from FB chat bot
Dear All,
We are trying to launch the case type using facebook chat bot, we are able to successfully launch using the preview window, but when we are doing the same command from FB messenger we need to explicitly authenticate the request. Is there any way in which we need not ask for explicit authentication for FB user.
We should be displayed the list of questions, based on the keywords processed by NLP rather than we need to authenticate explicitly

Naval, you can mark the case type command in FB channel configuration to not require authentication. Is that not working?

Hello Vikas, I've already marked that as Not required. But while launching the case from FB we are being asked to login. If we dont provide the login credentials even if we provide the correct command case is not being created
