How to implement chat bot?
Hi Everyone,
I am very much interested to know and implement chat bot.
Is there any document or forum available for the implementation procedure?

Hi Divya,
After my research i could only find the implementation details for Facebook and Amazon Alex as shared above, but it is not just restricted to those 2 and it supports for Email, SMS/text, Google Home and many more as it evolves based on explaination over here.
Some other demos and information about the Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant can be seen here.
