How to configure chat script to launch chat as a Pop-out chat window? The default setting that we see currently is it launches on the website as Inline chat Window.

That is not currently possible. Chat does have the capability to minimize so that's out of the way of any content that needs to be seen, but it can not be popped out.

Is it possible to launch it directly from a button to show the chat window instead of the attention grabber widget that shows up at the bottom? In our use case user/visitor land on a web chat landing page selects and answers couple of questions and clicks initiate chat button, then the chat widget shows up and they click again to launch the chat window. We want to reduce the number of clicks by directly launching the chat window on click of initiate chat button. We tried with fireflyChatAPI.startChatSession(). However this doesn't seem to send the prechatAnswers() to the CS application at the CSR side. Our implementation heavily relies on prechatAnswers to be available to accept chat.
