Pega Chat and Web Chat

I want to implement the chat for the internal 2 agents. But the feature is disabled because it need a server configuration key. I don't know where to get it. At also what should i exactly do. Does it need API for the chat server or external server for that. Can anyone explain to me step by step with the example please.

@BatuhanAlkin  Pega Chat is a licensed application and your account team can get you the keys if you have purchased the product. I have explained to you in other posts that prior to 8.6, it's not possible to configure Chat between two agents, due to the use of mashup. You will need to be on 8.6 and use the Web Messaging to do this. Please confirm that you are on 8.6 and have licensed Chat.
