Unable to create Web chat bot

All,

I am unable to create a webchat bot, it says no unlocked ruleset version available.

All,

I am unable to create a webchat bot, it says no unlocked ruleset version available.

No unlocked Ruleset versions are available. Please add or unlock a ruleset to create a new channel.
I have an application built on Customer Service 7.31 and added the list of web chat bot rule sets to the stack.
What would be the reason to it ?
And also can someone explain the difference b/n web chat and web chat bot ?

Praveen,

 

Web chat works fine. The issue was with web chat bot . Both are two different chats.

 

The issue was fixed when I added the webchatbot as an built on application.

 

Still I am not sure what is the major difference between webchat and webchatbot. If you enlighten me it would be great

Hello Sarath,

In your application atleast one unlocked ruleset has to be their to configure webchat bot.

Hello Sarath,

I have tried at my end, when their is no unlocked ruleset was available then its throwing "No unlocked Ruleset versions are available. Some of your changes will not be saved.". After having at least one unlocked ruleset then I am able to configure it. Please refer attached document.

Else can you please share the screen prints for further analysis.
