Healthcare taxonomy

We are exploring Webchatbot channel for a CSHC application. Does Pega provide Healthcare Taxonomy as a product offering? We can only see a sample Telecom taxonomy out of the box.

Take a look at the "About Text Analyzer rules" section of our help content, which describes a number of tools and capabilities which will help you accurately represent your business in a chatbot (and elsewhere in your application).   We don't offer specific taxonomies.
