Output Campaign Result in Flat File
We ran campaigns and 1 of the channel is output as flat file.
The writing of the data to the file system is extremely slow.
Server capacity is not highly use at that point. I suspect is the writing to file slows it.
Out I/O is healthy and not choking.
Plse advise what setting can we do to speed up the output to file system. Only 80000 records took 6 hours.

1. Is this an OOTB file writing feature of Pega Marketing you are using ? like offer shape using the "Write to File" feature by defining file templates ?
Yes, We are just using the standard offer shape to output tio file.
2. If it is OOTB - which version of Pega Marketing is used ? did you check the #of threads configuration to speed up the processing ?

3. If it is not OOTB, give the detailed design / requirements why you need to do this with screen shots of how your rules including code is reading the output and writing to file.
