Unable to generate file for Telesales in campaign in pega

Hi All,

While launching the campaign in Production environment. Am getting the error "Unable to generate file for Telesales in campaign in pega" in pega logs. anyone help me to resolve the issue.

We're going to need to see a stacktrace showing this specific message - "Unable to generate file for Telesales in campaign in pega".

For example, this could be database related and would show something like "DatabaseException: A commit cannot be performed because ...".

It could also show something related to the WriteToFile activity that is invoked during campaign run.

Hi sandeepsunny,

Please trace "ProcessProgramRun" (If is a multichannel campaign ")agent and share the tracer.Send the complete stack trace as well.

In the UI what is the status of the campaign,are you able to see any failed related errors?
