Pega Marketing Campaign creation

Hello,

I'm trying to create a marketing campaign, but I get the error saying it's unavailable. Did I miss, installation of any module or this is a ruleset error?

I suggest you open a ticket with Pega support who will help you collect the right info to identify if installation steps have been missed.

What is the operator?

Are you trying to login to the PegaMarketing admin portal and facing this issue ?

Have you completed the optional post-installation steps ?

Have a look at the PegaRULES and PegaRULE-ALERT logs and it might give you an idea of what is causing this issue.

Operator is a MarketAdmin and SysAdmin.

Yes, I'm trying to login to the PegaMarketing Admin portal.

I have completed all the required post-installation steps.
