I have been involved in assessing various tools for personalization and optimization in marketing outbound campaign. Unfortunately none of the comparison had Pega even included in the list - the most common one was Adobe target / Campaign etc.

Now I understand Pega Adobe integration provides a viable solution but where do we stand in terms of providing complete solution to personalize experience for an online customer ?

The tutorial on sending personalized email campaign needs the business stakeholder to know HTML where as adobe campaign provides a much easy to use interface in configuring and sending email campaigns.

Enlighten if you can on how the product is sellin w.r.t. competing tools.
