Where can I get the latest version of Environment comparison tool from ? & Can I compare the Non-Pega provided data table Instances across different environments using this tool.

You should contact Pega Engineering Customer Success group. I can see internally the latest version is 3.2. Revati Kohli, what is the process of procuring the tool?
