Migrating Real Marketing Campaigns between environments

Hi,

We are trying to migrate Pega Marketing campaigns from our dev environment to another environment. We've created a product rule and configured it to pick up particular instances of the PegaMKT-Work-Program class. Importing the product rule results in the campaigns showing up on the campaign landing page in Pega Marketing. However, when we try to edit or suspend campaigns we end up with an error saying "The work object was updated. Refresh work list and reopen."

Does anyone have any experience with going through this process and shed any light on what may be going wrong?

Hi,

Did you try looking into the tracer?

I think the current assignment of the flow is in Assign-WorkBasket class, which is not present in the new environment, because of which issue is coming. If you migrate that instance also(ex:<pzInsKey>ASSIGN-WORKBASKET PEGAMKT-WORK P-108!PROGRAMLIFECYCLE</pzInsKey>), it will work properly.

I am not sure whether migrating campaigns in this way is proper or not.
