Pega Marketing / Decisioning : Real time processing is failing
Getting the below error during the execution of Decisioning ---> Data Flows --> "Real Time Processing even though we added two data centers & kept the replication factors correctly . This is production system & any pointers will greatly help

ROOT CAUSE
If you see this error, you can run below command and check the keyspace definition and if it is SimpleStrategy ADM doesn’t support multi datacenters .
cqlsh:data>Describe keyspace adm_commitlog ,check the keyspace definition
RESOLUTION
Followed below steps
- ALTER KEYSPACE adm_commitlog WITH REPLICATION = { 'class' : 'NetworkTopologyStrategy', 'datacenter1' : 2, 'datacenter2' : 1 } AND DURABLE_WRITES = true;
(datacenter1 and datacenter2 are the names of the two datacenters) and please maintain the ratio as per the replication factor
- Run a repair just on the affected keyspace:
nodetool repair -- adm_commitlog
- Check if all the nodes are running fine ?
