One campaign for multiple segments in Pega Marketing

We have a requirement to run a single campaign for both prospects and customers. These are two different segments. Question is do we need to create a new segment having both or can we run a single campaign for more than one segment.

The Prospect and Customer data model structures are different. Given this, you need to create a seperate campaign for each and associate your created segments. Though you can re-use all other artifacts like treatments, offers, strategies etc
