Pega Marketing : Unable to create Segment
Hi,
We created a application using Pega Marketing application type.When we try to create a segment we are getting a message "No ruleset versions available".
Are we missing any configuration changes before creating segment?
Please find attached the screenshot for more information.

Hello,
Do you have a custom OperatorID with a custom ruleset to start your implementation? Looks like no ruleset available on your screen shot.

Attaching the application definition, which has unlocked rulesets. nothing is visible in create segment.

Can you open the Access Group of the operator and on the Advanced Tab, please check if the Design time Configuration (previously called Local Customization) ruleset name and version is configured. If not then please configure it correctly and try again.

Hi,
I have faced the same issue and when tracing I've seen that error occurs and the error message is saying the list of branches is empty. I don't know why, but when I added a branch to the app it fixed the issue. I haven't got time to investigate but some global setting is probably behind. Maybe a DSS to modify ...

Hello,
Looks like context dictionary is not configured correctly.
check the configuration as in attached image.

Not able to save the Context Dictionary. No unlocked Rulesets/Versions found that are valid for this record. Unlock at least one Ruleset/Version that can contain records of this type.

I am getting this error too
Found this article that says to delete CustomerContactPolicy, but it is in a locked RuleSet PegaMKT-Engine:08-03-01 https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-marketing/troubleshooting-next-best-action-designer
