Impressions not getting updated for Email Marketing campaigns
While doing a POC on Email Marketing campaigns (not related to the Marketing course on Pega Academy) we encountered that Impressions are not getting reflected in the Campaigns. On looking in PDN, I found an article that said they will not be captured if the IP of the server is not visible.
In such a case where IP is not visible, is there any suggested approach that we can use to capture the impressions?

Hi,
Impression capture is based on the fact that the client who sees the email, also allows / configured to show images - or manually does a show image in the email client.
Also unless the impression image is not visible to the client network - impression capture would not work.
Look at the configuration : System-->Settings00--> URLs (in the tab named Resource URLs you will have the configuration for Public Link URL)
This URL should be "publicly" available for outside networks for impression capture to work.
