I've spme questions about how the files are finalized in an output file template:

1. What happens if you dont enable schedule but enter an activity in the Advanced section of the Finalize tab? Do all the created created files get finalized after the campaign run?
2. Does the finalization work if the campaign it is associated is still running at the scheduled time?
3. Will the file be available for finalization if the campaign it is associated is still running as I have seen the extension of the file as ".lock" being present at the filepath and my finalization activity is never called.

I am using Pega Platfomr 8.1.4 and Pega MArketing 8. A quick response would be appreciated!
