Finalizing File/Database template from Portal
Hi,
Can we able to finalize the file/database template on the second time. I mean we have finalized manually first time and we ran the second time campaign and want to finalize again on the same template? When i checked those options are disable.
Will Pega allows to finalize second time, after we did manual finalize?

Hi,
The option to finalize again will be available only if more records were written to that file/DB template after your previous manual finalization.
Also it will be briefly disabled when the run time is actively processing more records to that template.

Thanks Sriram.
When we choose, overwrite existing data option its not allowing to wipe those old data and getting new data.
For example,
1. We can first run, we got a 1000 record and we did finalize.
2. Second time when we run, its not overwriting those existing data.

Hi Anandh,
In overwrite mode after finalization, it should overwrite the file/table (i.e reset and start fresh) should happen.
I am guessing some sort of config issue - please raise an SR and work with GCS to debug further.
