how to bypass finalization of the output file in Pega Marketing

We are creating campaign in Pega Marketing 7.2.2.

We are generating output fileand write to a NAS server for users to pick up.

We do not want to manually finalised the file. What to do.

Hi, In the file templates you have an option to finalize based on a schedule as well. Once set, based on the schedule your finalization will kick-in automatically, there is no need to manually finalize the file.
