Can you please clarify on the following:

1. How can the output not be tentatively at a given time, if your campaign runs are scheduled for a particular time in the day ?
2. Let's say your recurring campaign runs daily at 1pm and runs for an hour or two to complete, can't you always finalize (using a scheduled finalize in the file template) - at around 6 or 7 pm ?
3. We need to understand more why it's not approximately at a fixed time everyday ? or is it multiple campaigns writing to the same file and they run at different times ? Even in those cases cant we choose a scheduled finalize time in the file template that does not fall under any of the campaign windows of run ?
4. A better definition of the business case end to end might help us giving more suggestions.

Here my answers to your questions :-

Our campaign run time may be different everyday depends on some triggers. There may also be
in some cases although we schedule a fixed time for campaign completion, if the base is suddenly
huge  on that day, thus it will be slower.   Maintenance of servers which delay jobs run may also affect.

This is the reality. I won't know when is the completion time and I can't finalise it unless I can manually check it and  do it. This is very inefficient. I will like to skip the finalization process. 
 

Any solution to this simple needs.
