Normally, when running a campaign in Pega Marketing, we get an overview containing the number of offers and whether the campaign has been completed. Moreover, during a campaign run we can see a dataflow until the campaign run has been changed to the status 'completed'. Once the run is 'completed', the dataflow will disappear.
However, in this case the dataflow is already 'missing' while the status of the campaign is still 'running'. The offers in the campaign are determined, but in the blue box (which is normally grey) we don't see the number of offers determined in the list stated below (see attachment).
So, two questions: What is the reason of this? And what is the Pega doing in the meanwhile when the status of the campaign is 'running' but the dataflow is missing?
Seems like some sort of a run time exception happened while completing / wrapping up the campaign. And this have happened post the data flow cleanup stage.
Are there any post campaign execution activities called in the application layer for campaigns ? That might be one thing to look at, if that threw any particular exceptions.
You need to share the logs and create a support request if you need more help on this I think.
