Outlook sends PDC emails to the Junk folder

Emails sent from PDC are sent from *.smtp-out-amazonses.com. The domain is spoofed so the email looks like it is from pega.com. Our email anti-spoof scanning is picking this up and rerouting the emails to the junk folder as a precaution. We added pega to our "allowed to spoof" whitelist to coprrect this for now. Pega will need to update the DNS so that the SPF records are set up correctly.

PDC is sending mail via Amazon Simple Email Service. Thank you for pointing out the need to configure SPF records. Are these articles relevant?
