Emails triggered to Junk folder of outlook :(

In my flow there are 2 email shapes, where email will be triggered, but they are being sent to junk folder of clients instead of inbox, please help!

Emails aren't sent to specific folders, only recipients.

I'd suggest that you check with you IT team who manage email server or email client rules to try to establish why the email is getting sent to a Junk folder
