Email not Appearing in Outlook
I'm sending emails to through a Pega email service, but I'm not seeing the sent email in the outlook sent mailbox. Is this an intended behavior? Is there a way to configure this on Pega's side?

@DevinD16607791 if you have created your email account instance in pega with Microsoft 365 option, Microsoft suggesting us to create email account with Microsoft graph for security and better authentication. Can you try using Microsoft graph if emails are getting sent?

@Anoop KrishnaWe have created an outlook account externally and have configured Pega to use that account for sending emails. We are not worried about security or authentication. What we have currently is fine. What we WOULD like is to view the emails that have been sent in that outlook accounts sent mail folder. It is not appearing in the sent folder, even though the emails are being successfully sent. Is there a way to ensure that the emails sent through Pega will appear in that send folder.
