Outlook exception handling
Hi Team,
As part of Automation we are supposed to read emails from Outlook share folders for any new emails.
if No emails we are recording into logs every 5 minutes that no email exist.
But sometimes we are seeing issues where there is a new unread email in mailbox and bot the bot is not able to identify the new email
Business is sending emails and assuming that the bot is going to work on it. Bot is not responding back and also not informing that there are any new emails.
there is no way for business to find out as nothing is recorded in logs as well nor any communication
