Outlook Mail Trigger
Good Day Team,
I am running the Automation [RPA], for that Outlook Mail [Event - New Mail] as a Trigger which is working fine for first Mail not for all other Mails [Back2Back].
I have set the Outlook Properties: Monitor:- True.
Please let me know, how could be Monitor all the Unread Mails in the Inbox/Sub-Folders.
Note:- Each requests taking 10 Mins to complete the Process.

Hi Buddy,
Step 1:- Outlook Properties - Retrieve Email
Step 2:- Extract Proxy & Get the count of the Unread Email
Step 3:- Execute the loop to Process it.

A single Outlook Connector will monitor a single folder. If you want to monitor sub-folders you would need to add Outlook Connectors for the additional folders you want to monitor.

I am having same issue.
I am creating an automation, on which process starts when a new email comes, and once the process is complete , pega should keep on checking mail box for further emails and start process again.
Please help me here as I finished the first process, but I am unable to loop back and check for further emails on inbox.
each process takes almost 10 mins for me also.

You can use Interaction Manager & activities to loop for the newly arrived mails so that Activities will help to queue the newly arrived mails (which occur at a time) & can process one by one,for pending Unread Emails you can use Retrieve Email method by specifying the type as UnRead.
