Creating an outlook mail from an already existing mail template
Dear All,
I have email template is placed in shared drive, using Automation, how can I open that and create a new email using that template and edit the body, To, Subject line.
I tried the below solution, but this solution is populating FileDialog box for asking the path. I wanted to provide the shared drive path without populating the FileDialog.

You can simply replace the openFileDialog with a variable (or even an input parameter). I have attached an example where I supply the path as a parameter.

Hi ,
Thanks for you reply. I tried to execute the automation and supplied the email path as a templatePath parameter, but when the control try to execute templatePath Properties ( This ) block, I got the error, Please find attached screen for your reference.
Note : when the Automation running, the template was closed and not opened.
Please help and suggest.

I really can't comment without access to your computer. The error indicates either the path is incorrect or that the file is in-use. I would start looking at those as your likely areas to examine.
