Creating an outlook mail from an already existing mail template residing in system directory.
Hi,
I wanted to read an Outlook email template (standalone) residing in c: drive in my system. Also I wanted to use it to send email for the predefined subscribers by editing body text using dynamic data.
In Pega openspan I am unable to get the option to create email item using email template path. Please help.
