Email send to outlook is moving to junk folder

Hi,

All mail sent from pega to outlook (correspondance) are movng to junk folder.

can you please share your knowledge if any imp parameter i am missing in the emails set up or sendnotification..?

Hello

this might need some config change at your email server level. Please work with your administrator and put the domain ( the id from where pega is sending emails ) as safe sender list.
